Serenity Lite massage chair frame comes with a standard warranty: for the period of three (3) years when used by the original owner,
the chair frame is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. The chair frame warranty may be extended to five (5) years
warranty if terms and conditions are met.
Serenity Lite massage chair pad’s standard warranty is six (6) months, when used by the original owner and may be extended to a
one (1) year warranty if terms and conditions are met.
With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free of charge. If a replacement part is unavailable, the product will be
replaced with one of equal value. This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident,
neglect modification or mishandling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Extended warranty is conditional on return of warranty registration card. If warranty registration card is not completed and returned
standard limited warranty will apply.
2. Serenity Lite chair must be used and maintained within specifications. This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions
demonstrating abnormal use or stress.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
1. To activate warranty complete and return warranty activation card provided in packaging within 10 days of receipt of product.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
For warranty returns, the original direct purchaser should contact Serenity Lite customer service by calling 1-877-862-7049 between
9:00 AM and 5:00 PM eastern standard time (USA). Serenity Lite may elect to inspect the product through pictures, send parts, or issue
an RA number so that the product may be returned to the factory for testing or repair. All decisions on warranty fulfillment are at the sole
discretion of Serenity Lite (no labor or time allowances).
